We are a pet friendly community. We allow 2 pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs up to 50 lbs. at full maturity. There is a refundable $300 pet deposit and a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
