Pets

We accept cats and small dogs up to 40 pounds. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment. Pet fee is $40 per month per pet and there is a $300 pet deposit. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
